Legends Global is seeking a Full-Time Sales Manager to focus on group sales, park rentals, and season pass growth for Destination El Paso Water Parks. The role requires building strategic relationships with local businesses and community groups to drive revenue and attendance.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle, collaborate with departments, and seek sponsorship opportunities to maximize revenue during peak seasons.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in high-volume group sales for hospitality, theme park, or waterpark sectors.
HS diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
Extremely organized with strong administrative skills.
Willingness to research, cold call, and follow up on leads.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes an annual sales strategy for four El Paso Water Parks, prioritizing revenue opportunities.
Builds and maintains relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups to generate sales.
Increases group sales, private park rentals, events, and other revenue streams.
Manages the sales process from inquiry to proposal, contracting, and post-event follow-up.
Coordinates events with departments to ensure client expectations and contract requirements are met.
Identifies sponsorship and partnership opportunities with leadership and Marketing.
Maintains an active sales pipeline and reports performance to Water Parks leadership.
