Job summary

Legends Global in El Paso seeks an Assistant Manager for the water parks to assist the Site Manager in daily operations, staffing, cash handling, guest services, aquatic operations, and concessions.

You will help recruit and train seasonal staff, monitor safety and health regulations, and ensure outstanding customer service in a high-energy, family-friendly environment. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional industry travel.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• CPO/AFO certification or Lifeguard certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager in daily park operations and staffing.
• Oversee 80-100 seasonal staff and ensure safety and customer service.
• Assist in staff scheduling and in-service training for safety and service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle cash and reconcile end-of-day sales; assist with guest concerns.
