Job summary

Legends Global operates El Paso Water Parks and is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations across staffing, guest service, aquatic safety, and concessions. The role includes supervising 80–100 seasonal staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining high service standards.

As On‑Site leadership, you will assist in scheduling, training, and coordinating across departments, while upholding policies and delivering a fun, safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED; college education preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Current lifeguard/instructor certification preferred or able to attain upon hire (Ellis & Associates or equivalent).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatics Facility Operator (AFO) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily park operations and staff management.
• Oversee staffing, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliations.
• Ensure guest safety and excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with departments for ticketing, retail, food & beverage, and guest services.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and training programs.
• Attend staff meetings and support recruitment and training of seasonal staff.
