Legends GLOBAL’s Destination El Paso Water Parks is seeking a Water Parks Sales Manager to lead group sales, park rentals, and season-pass growth across four locations.

The role focuses on building relationships with local businesses, schools, military groups, and community partners to drive attendance and revenue. You will manage the full sales process from inquiry to post-event follow-up and coordinate events with operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume group sales in hospitality, theme park, or waterpark.
• 18+ with HS diploma; college preferred.
• Extremely organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to research, cold-call, and follow up leads.
• Background/credit/sex offender checks required.
• Licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
• Willingness to work long hours during the Waterpark season.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes an annual sales strategy for all four El Paso Water Parks.
• Builds relationships with local businesses, schools, military organizations, nonprofits, churches, and community groups.
• Increases group sales, private park rentals, birthday celebrations, corporate events, and other revenue opportunities.
• Manages opportunities from inquiry through proposal, contracting, booking, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinates booked groups with departments to ensure details meet expectations and contracts.
• Identifies sponsorship and partnership revenue opportunities with leadership and Marketing.
• Outreaches to businesses, schools, churches, and organizations to drive attendance.
• Maintains a sales pipeline and provides regular performance updates and forecasts.
