Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff in Orlando to ensure guests receive exceptional service across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. You will handle ticketing, promote Regal Crown Club, and maintain safe, clean facilities in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Candidates should have cast certification or progress toward it, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Training and compliance with state laws apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Good public speaking and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to handle cash, tickets, and transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office, Concession, or Usher duties as assigned.
• Assist guests and promote programs and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the theatre.
• Follow alcohol service rules where applicable and complete required training.
