Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a minimum of one year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a resort/hotel Front Office environment.
• Fluency in English is required and Microsoft Office familiarity is expected.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the guest experience from check-in through check-out and handle complex tasks like room changes and folio adjustments.
• Ensure each guest interaction meets expectations and route to resort personnel when needed.
• Maintain and reconcile a house bank, end-of-day receipts, and cashiering duties.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to expedite unit readiness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
