Qualifications

• 16+ years old with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Comfortable with cash handling, ticket sales, and customer service.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass a background check and reference verification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, members, and VIPs with professionalism and a smile.
• Sell tickets, memberships, and Museum programs; handle cash and POS transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and inviting spaces throughout the museum.
• Support galleries, concessions, theater, Museum Store, and special events.
• Provide directions, exhibit information, and accessibility assistance.
• Ensure safety, security, and smooth operations of Front of House areas.
