Job summary

The Momentary seeks an Associate, Guest Experience Operations to deliver outstanding customer service across both Crystal Bridges and The Momentary venues. You will greet guests, handle admissions, memberships, and ticketing, while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

This on-site role requires evening and weekend hours and strong cash-handling skills. Responsibilities include assisting with events, guiding guests, and ensuring information is current and accessible to visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Experience in customer service or security-related roles is favored.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all members, guests, and colleagues across Crystal Bridges and The Momentary. This role includes evening and weekend hours.
• Circulate frequently through posts to serve as the primary contact for guests while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Interact with guests to process admissions, sell/renew memberships, and assist with ticketing.
• Relay information about exhibitions, events, programs, and amenities.
• Observe and report safety hazards and suspicious activity; respond per museum policy.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures to ensure revenue accuracy.
• Assist Supervisors and management to resolve guest services issues.
• Maintain organized post locations and keep materials current and stocked.
• Support guest experience tasks during performances and events as needed.
• Assist with evacuations and escorted gallery visits as directed.
