Placemakr is seeking a Guest Experience Associate for an on-site position in Washington, DC. You will be the primary contact for guests and residents, delivering exceptional service throughout their stay and ensuring a warm, local experience.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, handling check‑in procedures, and supporting the property team to maintain high standards. A collaborative, customer‑driven mindset is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering excellent customer service in hospitality, retail, or related settings.
• Ability to learn and utilize systems or technology (POS, CRM or customer communication tools)
• Can-do attitude and collaborative, team-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest and resident experiences as the primary contact throughout their stay.
• Collaborate with property team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest inquiries via text, email, and other channels promptly and professionally.
• Check guests into rooms following Placemakr standards and process payments at check-in.
• Maintain safety and compliance in the work environment.
