Job summary

Placemakr is seeking a Resident Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service across multiple communities in the Washington, DC area. You will be the primary contact for residents and partners, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience while rotating across properties as business needs require.

Role involves travel between Placemakr-managed communities, a remote-first mindset for teams, and welcoming a collaborative, can-do culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of delivering excellent customer service in hospitality, retail, multifamily, or similar settings.
• Effective written and verbal communication with residents, team members, and partners.
• Ability to learn and use systems or technology (CRM or customer communication tools).
• Comfortable supporting multiple Placemakr communities and shifting priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and partners with responsiveness and professionalism.
• Collaborate with property teams to ensure a cohesive, high-quality resident experience.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and adherence to policies across locations.
• Assist with resident communications and issue resolution in a timely, solution-oriented manner.
• Coordinate check-ins/outs, room assignments, and occupancy changes as needed.
