Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Guest Service Representative at our Nashua, NH property. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming stay.

You’ll handle reservations, payments, and guest concerns while maintaining a clean desk area and professional demeanor at all times. A high level of service and a proactive attitude are essential to our team.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Uphold hotel policies and ensure guest safety and security.
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements as needed.
