• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Maintain composure under pressure and maintain cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to standard, including beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Stock linens, towels, and toiletries; report deficiencies to housekeeping supervisor.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain sanitation.
• Greet guests courteously while respecting privacy during room service.
• Respond to guest requests and assist to enhance their stay.
• Report issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Work with room attendants and hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate room status and guest preferences to colleagues to optimize workflow.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Report hazards or incidents promptly and take appropriate action.
