You will support Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns, order pickups, and other tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, strong multitasking and customer-first mindset, and the ability to work with the team to meet sales goals and keep the store space inviting.

Responsibilities

• Support At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards.
• Proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions and ensure the collection area is organized for a friction-free pickup experience.
• Maintain a shoppable space, recover merchandise, and keep pickup/return areas clean while supporting timely completion and curbside BOPS orders.
• Finish strong by highlighting Loyalty program benefits, assisting customers, and ending with a sincere thank-you to create positive interactions.
• We believe service starts with teamwork, honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Strive for excellence daily, aim to meet sales goals, and learn from colleagues to improve store results.
