Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience. You will support Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns, order pickups, and other tasks while upholding Macy's service standards.

The role emphasizes flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, multitasking, problem solving, and teamwork. You will help keep the store inviting and assist customers with loyalty benefits and credit accounts to meet daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
• Able to meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Experience acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS).
• Proficiently use systems to complete transactions and keep collection areas organized.
• Support the At Your Service area by ensuring cleanliness, organization and readiness for customers.
• Promote loyalty benefits and ensure customers leave with a positive experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Help maintain an inviting shopping space and assist with curbside pickup operations.
