Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer at the Cashier Area and Club Desk to deliver world-class service
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty rewards
• Accept payments and ensure transactions follow SOPs and security standards
• Provide product information and guide customers to store areas or team members
• Maintain clean, organized Front-End areas and keep equipment and supplies operational
• Stay informed on promotions and new merchandising to support sales and customer experience
• Deliver feedback to management on opportunities to improve service and merchandising
