Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.

• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer encountered and deliver world class service.
• Greet and engage Customers in Front-End areas including Cashier and Club Desk.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions and loyalty rewards.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented Front-End area and ensure secure transactions.
• Answer product questions, provide store information and direct customers when needed.
• Stay updated on promotions and assist in merchandising and events.
