Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world-class service in Front-End areas (Cashier Area, Club Desk).
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions accurately.
• Assist in maintaining premiere merchandise presence and clean front-end areas.
• Handle payments securely and according to SOPs.
• Answer basic product questions and direct customers to store areas or staff.
• Stay updated on promotions and participate in merchandising efforts.
• Provide feedback to manager on opportunities to improve customer experience.
