Job summary

Extended Stay America in Orlando seeks a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk. You will greet guests, process registrations, handle payments, and ensure daily paperwork aligns with company procedures.

You will contribute to a clean, welcoming lobby, coordinate breakfast displays, and resolve guest requests with courtesy, operating within ESA policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and vendors.
• Familiarity with front desk processes and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in and check-out, and collect payments.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and follow safety procedures.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right and maintain clean front desk areas.
• Process reservations and inquiries, upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain organized guest information and support breakfast setup.
