Qualifications

• Front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume workload independently.
• Proficiency with reservation systems and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system.
• Assist Food and Beverage by ringing up tickets and making drinks.
• Handle payments and issue keys during check-in and check-out.
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries promptly.
• Assist with organizing and setting up events and meetings.
• Address guest complaints with professionalism.
• Perform light cleaning duties and restock supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
