Job summary

Rainmaker Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to join our hotel team. You will manage reservations, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and handle guest requests to ensure a smooth stay in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while coordinating with other hotel departments. On-site work with opportunities for growth and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with reservation systems and standard office software.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system.
• Handle guest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys.
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with organizing and setting up events and meetings.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
