Hampton Inn I-75 Lexington/Hamburg Area is seeking friendly Front Desk Agents to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency with hotel systems (OnQ, PEP a plus).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Process check-ins and check-outs using hotel systems.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions, and balance daily reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Promote hotel services, loyalty programs, and upsell opportunities when appropriate.
