Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a friendly, organized front desk team member at Drury Inn & Suites, Bowling Green, KY. You will be the welcoming face for guests, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest requests with a +1 service attitude.

You’ll support breakfast and Kickback service as needed, uphold standards of hospitality, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional communication with guests.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Basic cash handling and office equipment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face for guests checking in and out.
• Ensure positive experiences for guests and team members.
• Assist guests with reservations, requests, and information in a courteous manner.
• Handle front desk duties including guest records, cash handling, and issue resolution.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service when needed, including setup and cleanup.
