Job summary

Grand-Sierra-Resort-and-Casin is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee guest check-in/out, handle accounts, and ensure high standards of service at the Reno property. You will lead front desk staff, respond to guest inquiries, and coordinate with departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in hotel operations and supervisory experience, and must possess an Alcohol Awareness Card.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hotel operation experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Card.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Settle guest accounts and process payments.
• Maintain excellent guest service and team relations.
• Supervise front office staff.
• Handle guest concerns professionally.
• Answer calls and process requests.
• Prepare reports tracking rebates and occupancy.
• Post and balance room charges.
• Research and correct disputed charges.
• Direct staff during check-in/out and guest interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
