Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support the store leadership by performing a variety of tasks including food service prep, POS transactions, stocking, and store upkeep to ensure safe, efficient operations and a positive guest experience.

You will greet customers, handle transactions, assist with tobacco/alcohol age checks, follow safety procedures, and help maintain cleanliness and merchandise availability through fast-paced shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and follow Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers; provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the register, handle payments, and manage fuel/gift card transactions.
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries; educate on assisted checkout terminals.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards; maintain cleanliness and stocking levels.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and report unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to all SOPs and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
