Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership in delivering friendly, efficient service. You will handle food service, POS transactions, merchandising, and housekeeping to ensure a safe, well-stocked, and welcoming store environment for every customer.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, operating the register, handling payments, and maintaining compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must learn and follow Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and engage customers with friendliness and professionalism.
• Operate the register and manage multiple payment methods; assist with fuel/gift cards.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages per recipes and standards.
• Restock products and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Follow safety, security, and SOPs; report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as needed by store leadership.
