Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support the store leadership by performing a range of tasks that ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. This includes food service preparation, POS transactions, stock handling, and general store upkeep.

You will engage every customer with friendliness and professionalism, help with product selection, follow safety procedures, and contribute to delivering an exceptional in-store experience that drives brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn and follow all safety processes and procedures at Royal Farms.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendliness and professionalism, answer questions, and assist with product selection.
• Operate the register, process payments, and assist with fuel and gift card transactions.
• Restock and merchandise to maintain a fully stocked, clean store.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures for a safe customer experience.
• Perform store upkeep, housekeeping, and routine side work.
