Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support the store leadership team in a fast-paced environment. You will perform food service preparation, POS transactions, and general store upkeep to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations.

You’ll greet customers, answer questions, stock merchandise, and assist with handling fuel and age-restricted products while upholding Royal Farms standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with friendly, efficient service; maintain product knowledge and respond to inquiries.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and balance cash drawer at shift end.
• Assist customers with tobacco, lottery, or items behind the counter; monitor for accuracy and prevent theft.
