Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership and deliver friendly, efficient service. You will handle food prep, POS transactions, merchandising, and daily store upkeep while upholding Royal Farms standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments, preparing items to order, restocking, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Applicants must be 16+ with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and using product knowledge to assist with selections.
• Operate the register, process payments, and manage fuel/gift cards, ensuring drawer accuracy.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages; ensure quality and speed of service.
• Restock products and maintain clean, organized shelves and displays.
• Keep the store clean and safe; follow sanitation standards and safety procedures.
• Follow safety, security, and SOPs; support store leadership and adapt to shift needs.
