Job summary

Torchy’s is seeking a friendly Hospitality Team member in Glen Allen, VA. You will greet guests, take orders at the POS, and ensure fast, accurate transactions while delivering warm hospitality.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• State and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certifications must be obtained by first day or within location timeline.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred; two years using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure fast, accurate transactions at the point of sale.
• Deliver attentive hospitality and ensure guests leave happier than when they arrived.
• Learn the menu and promotions to offer personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables, check on guests, and encourage refills when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest-facing areas and support team with duties as needed.
• Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team for smooth service.
• Additional duties as assigned.
