Job summary

Torchy’s is hiring a Hospitality Team member to greet guests, take orders, run food, and deliver outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced setting. You’ll master the menu, support a smooth dining room, and help guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• State and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications must be met.
• Certifications must be obtained by your first day or within location-specific timelines.
• 2 years of customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• 2 years of experience using POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ask questions to understand needs, offer suggestions, and ensure fast, accurate transactions.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel welcomed and valued from arrival.
• Learn the menu and promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables and ensure correct and timely delivery; offer refills.
• Maintain clean, inviting guest-facing areas.
• Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team to resolve issues and ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
