Responsibilities

• Greet guests, understand needs, and ensure fast, accurate transactions.
• Deliver hospitality and make guests feel welcomed from entry.
• Learn menu and promotions to tailor recommendations.
• Run food to tables and ensure correct, speedy delivery; offer refills.
• Keep guest areas neat, clean, and inviting.
• Collaborate with managers, kitchen, and team to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
