Job summary

Torchy’s Nashville is seeking a friendly Hospitality Team member to greet guests, take orders, and ensure quick, accurate service. You’ll learn the menu, promote promotions, and help guests feel valued.

You will run food, check drink refills, keep areas tidy, and work with the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Eligibility includes state and local food handler and alcohol server certifications, plus willingness to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible schedule availability.
• State and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications must be met by day one or within location timeline.
• Certifications must be obtained by the first day or within the timeline required by your location.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ask questions to understand needs, and ensure fast, accurate transactions.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and make guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Learn the menu and promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables and ensure correct, speedy delivery; offer refills proactively.
• Keep guest-facing areas neat, clean, and inviting.
• Work with managers and kitchen to ensure smooth service and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
