Torchy’s in Saint Petersburg, FL is hiring a Cashier/Runner to join our Hospitality Team. You greet guests, take orders, run food, and ensure fast, accurate transactions while creating a welcoming, energetic dining experience.

You’ll learn the menu, tailor recommendations to guest preferences and dietary needs, keep guest-facing areas neat, and work with managers and the kitchen to resolve issues and keep service smooth. Flexible schedules and team-driven culture complete the package.

Competenze

• Strong verbal communication and flexible schedule required.
• Must meet state and local Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Certification must be obtained by first day or within location timeline.
• 2 years in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail (preferred).

Mansioni

• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure fast, accurate transactions at POS.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality and welcome every guest.
• Run food to tables and proactively offer refills and upsell.
• Maintain cleanliness and work with team to ensure smooth service.
