Job summary

Common Citizen is seeking a Guest Receptionist to be the friendly face of our Michigan provisioning center. You will check patients and customers in and provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a welcoming experience for every visitor.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining accurate patient and customer records in the POS system, scheduling appointments, and staying informed about our products and policies. A flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem solving abilities.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Flexibility for varying shifts including weekends, days, and nights.
• The role requires high level of customer service and professionalism.

About This Role

Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers. The Guest Receptionist will be the face of Common Citizen. They will check patients and customers in and provide a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
