Common Citizen is seeking a Guest Receptionist to act as the face of our Michigan-based cannabis company. You will check patients and customers in and provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling.
• Must have flexibility for shift times (weekends, days, night shifts).
• Dynamic team environment with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store is properly organized and stocked during all hours of business.
• Strong communication for in-person or phone conversations.
• Schedule/confirm appointments.
• Greet customers when entering shop and provide helpful service.
• Enter and update patient and customer information with POS system.
• Verify proper paperwork and identification.
