Responsibilities

• Ensure store is properly organized and stocked during all hours of business.
• Strong communication for in-person or phone conversations
• Schedule/confirm appointments
• Promote a positive work environment, customer service oriented and follow policies and procedures
• Maintain product knowledge of the industry
• Greet customers when entering shop
• Entering and updating patient and customer information accurately with point of sales system
• Verify proper paperwork, documentation and identification
