Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant for a part-time role at a bowling location. You will welcome guests, manage the waitlist and align lane availability, shoes, and equipment, while handling ring sales and basic bowling instruction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work evening/night shifts. A fast-paced, guest-focused environment with perks like free bowling and discounts awaits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist and coordinate seating/lanes
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & equipment
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter
• Operate POS system and central panel; log issues with pinspotters/pinsets
• Provide basic bowling instruction to guests
