P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly and courteously, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. Excellent guest service is essential across all shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and meet requests.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate coffee/tea machines and POS systems.
