P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Backwaiter to support restaurant operations by delivering food promptly, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations.

Excellent guest service is required to ensure exceptional experiences for all guests. All team members can benefit from on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement as we promote from within.

Formación

• No prior experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly
• Strong multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and ensure all requests are met
• Monitor the expo line, run trays of food for dine-in
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes
• Restock and clean service stations
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS systems
• Interact courteously with guests and notify managers of issues
• Follow company policies, dress code, and safety procedures
• Assist with greeting, seating guests, answering phones, and packaging takeout orders
• Support beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service when required
