Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to greet and assist resort guests, ensuring a smooth arrival, check-in, and stay.

You will maintain a professional appearance and friendly demeanor toward all guests and staff while addressing requests or referring them to the appropriate manager. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience.

• Ability to maintain professional appearance and cordial attitude toward guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve resort guests during their stay by making it easier and more enjoyable to arrive, check-in and stay at the property.
• Maintain a professional appearance and cordial attitude towards all guests and employees.
• Provides services to the guest personally or refers requests to the appropriate department manager.
• May answer inquiries pertaining to the resort's amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, entertainment and directions.
