Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome guests and ensure a memorable vacation experience from check-in to check-out.

You will assist with room details, provide rate quotes, and help guests navigate local attractions, while maintaining accuracy in transactions and folios. This role requires clear communication in English, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with comprehensive health and welfare benefits

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks and ensure accuracy of guest folios.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges and credits.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond promptly and completely to guest inquiries and concerns.
