Hornblower Group is seeking a Server Assistant to support our dining team on a high-end vessel. You will assist servers, help guests with service details, and ensure smooth operation of the dining area throughout cruises.

The role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and strong guest relations, with opportunities to work in a fast-paced maritime environment and provide memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests.
• Clean up dishes and glassware from guest tables to galley.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes; carry tableware to galley for cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and service stations.
• Set up and break down dining room and service stations as prescribed.
• Provide information on menu, service order, cruise route and points of interest.
• Assist with greeting and seating guests on arrival.
• Additional duties as assigned.
