Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including experience managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members on the sales floor to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on guest experience leadership, coaching, and decision-making to ensure smooth store operations.
• Partner with managers to review business data and planning processes, including staffing and budgets.
