They drive leadership, coaching, and continuous development while partnering with the Store Manager on hiring and strategic planning, merchandising, and daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of store location.
• 1 year of people management experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience in operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a respectful, inclusive team environment and coach performance.
• Provide floor leadership to ensure strong guest service and operations.
• Partner with managers on planning, merchandising, and store execution.
• Own budget and labor-hour accountability as delegated by Store Manager.
