Dash In in Graham, NC is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced, 24/7 retail team and deliver exceptional guest service.

This role focuses on team development, scheduling, and operational excellence while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction. You may act as Store Manager when needed and contribute to a positive, high-performing store culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; higher education preferred.
• 3+ years in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

• Audit & Inspection Readiness: Meet or exceed third-party audits and inspections.

What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

• Familiarity with POS technology.
