Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver outstanding service, assist guests with transactions, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment at our Charlotte, NC location.

The role requires high school or GED and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends. Verizon background check and drug screening are required, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time status.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by assisting guests with a smile, handling transactions accurately, and projecting a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays organized and accessible.
• Maintain a pristine store by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning interior and exterior areas including restrooms and parking lots.
• Support the team by cashiering to porter services as needed for a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash following company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

Status: Full-time or Part-time

Schedule: Includes nights, weekends, overnights, holidays

Pay Rate: $12.25-$15.25 per hour (+$1/hr. overnight)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
