Dash In invites you to join as a Guest Experience Team Member in Concord, NC. This role supports high-quality service in a busy 24/7 retail environment, with opportunities to handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, welcoming store.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and retail experience; we value flexibility for days, nights, and weekends and a willingness to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean interior and exterior areas, including restrooms and parking lots.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

Role: Guest Experience Team Member Location: Dash In - Concord, NC Status: Full-time or Part-time Pay Rate: $12.25-$15.25 per hour (+$1/hr. overnight)

What We're Looking For:

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
