Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member at 9930 N Tryon St., Charlotte, NC 28262. Roles include full-time or part-time work with night, weekend, overnight, and holiday shifts. Pay is $12.25–$15.25 per hour, with an additional $1/hr overnight premium.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests with a smile and accurate transactions
• Keep shelves stocked and displays organized for easy access
• Maintain a clean store interior and exterior including restrooms and parking areas
• Support the team across roles from cashiering to porter duties
• Handle cash following company policies and ensure proper recording

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
