Dash In is seeking a General Manager for a Greensboro, NC location to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and financial results.

You will oversee all store operations, P&L ownership, inventory, and compliance, with strong emphasis on leadership, training, and continuous improvement. This role offers a path to grow within the Wills Group family of companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment such as retail, foodservice, hospitality, or convenience retail.
• 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing convenience store location preferred.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Location: 950 Bridford Pkwy & Guilford College Rd, Greensboro, NC (training may take place in Concord, NC)
Pay: $54,000 - $75,000 + 5% bonus opportunity annually
Position Type: Full-time | Salaried | Benefits Eligible

Job Purpose and Function

Join Dash In and lead a high-performing store team focused on exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial results. As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including team development, foodservice, inventory, merchandising, financial performance, safety, and brand standards. You will manage the store P&L, drive sales and profitability, and create a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and lead a high-performing team that consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience.
• Operational Excellence: Lead daily store operations while maintaining Dash In brand standards across service, cleanliness, merchandising, safety, and foodservice.
• Financial Performance: Manage the P&L and drive results across sales, margins, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Inventory and Retail Management: Manage ordering, inventory levels, merchandising, product placement, and loss prevention to maximize sales and profitability.
• Foodservice Leadership: Oversee foodservice operations, food safety, product quality, and execution while supporting strong food margins.
• Innovation and Improvement: Support new concepts, programs, processes, and foodservice innovations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Compliance and Quality: Maintain strong performance across food safety, guest experience, age verification, cash, and operational audits and inspections.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment such as retail, foodservice, hospitality, or convenience retail.
• 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing convenience store location preferred.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Experience with multi-unit management, a strong track record of customer service and operational results, and demonstrated success in convenience retail, hospitality, foodservice, or other high-volume guest-focused environments.

Schedule, Training, & Travel

• This role supports a 24/7 retail operation and requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• The General Manager will remain accessible by business phone to support real-time store and team needs.
• Travel may be required to headquarters, other stores, retail markets, and training locations, including locations in Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.
• Initial training may take place outside of the assigned store location; accommodations will be provided as needed.
