Job summary

Dash In in Graham, NC is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver outstanding service, process transactions, and keep the store tidy and welcoming. This role supports the team across cashiering and porter tasks, with flexibility for day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of retail customer service experience preferred, and US work authorization.

• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by assisting guests with a smile and handling transactions.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays organized for easy access.
• Maintain a clean store interior and exterior, including restrooms and parking areas.
• Support teammates across cashiering and porter tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle cash following company policies for accurate recording.

Status: Full-time or Part-time

Pay Rate: $12.25-$15.25 per hour (+$1/hr. overnight)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked :Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store :Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team :Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care :Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days , nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
